Essential education and qualifications
- RQF level 3 qualification in a relevant field such as project management, education and training, teaching and learning or customer service.
Essential key skills, abilities, knowledge, experience, values and behaviours
- Ability to communicate effectively with a range of people in a clear, concise and accurate manner, changing messages to suit different audiences.
- Ability to use research to inform the content of reports where appropriate, and the ability to produce clear and accessible reports to be shared with managers.
- Ability to use technology as part of the role: Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, devices: laptops, corporate iPhones and surface hubs.
- Ability to plan and organise a varied workload for self and others, working to short deadlines.
- Able to work effectively with and relate to other people.
- Ability to work across complex partnerships and communication channels.
- Ability to chair and facilitate meetings.
- Knowledge and experience of the SEND Code of Practice, and the processes and practices, knowledge and practical understanding and experience of relevant legislation.
- Understanding ways of identifying and managing risks in relation to projects.
- Experience of project management to deliver agreed outcomes.
- Experience of producing information documents for a variety of audiences.
- Experience of managing or supervising staff.
- Demonstrate commitment to equality, opportunity and diversity.
- Full driving license or the ability to demonstrate how you will meet the travelling needs of the role.

- Knowledge of education and social care support services.
- Knowledge of the Personalisation Agenda.
- Experience in mediation, negotiation and conflict resolution
