If you are travelling by train, exit the station via the main door (near to the ticket office) and bear left along Terminus Road towards Ashford Road, cross over and turn right onto Gildredge Road. Walk to the far end of Gildredge Road and turn right into South Street, and the building will be on the right hand side just after the Eagle pub – the offices are approximately 5 minutes’ walk from the station.

If you are travelling by car, there is metered on-street parking in South Street and neighbouring roads. If you need to park for longer, use the Beacon car park above the shops or the NCP Junction Road car park behind the station, both accessible via Ashford Road.

The main bus terminals are in Terminus Road, Gildredge Road and Cornfield Terrace.
