Workshop: Food Hygiene – Food Safety in Catering Level 2
The course runs from 9am – 4.30pm, but may finish earlier. There will be a brief break for lunch. Please bring your own refreshments. It is a taught course with some video content and chance to do some practice questions. There is a pen and paper test at the end.
