The Role
As a Relief Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our teachers and engaging with our pupils. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the preparation and delivery of lessons
- Providing support to individual students or small groups to help them understand the material and complete tasks
- Helping to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
- Monitoring and recording student progress
- Assisting with the management of classroom resources and setup
- Casual hours, across all of our six Eastbourne sites.

- The hourly rate offered for this post is £12.45 – based on Single Status Grade 3.7 / £24,027.
