The Role 

As a Relief Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our teachers and engaging with our pupils. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the preparation and delivery of lessons
  • Providing support to individual students or small groups to help them understand the material and complete tasks
  • Helping to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
  • Monitoring and recording student progress
  • Assisting with the management of classroom resources and setup
  • Casual hours, across all of our six Eastbourne sites.
