We have an exciting opportunity for a pre-school assistant to join our pre-school in November 2024.
Our Pre-school is situated in our Primary school and has a large purpose-built space, with the capabilities for specialist care and a wide range of stimulating activities that suit early years learning. There is a large secure outdoor space which is shared with the reception children to allow for an early years village approach to learning. There is also a small garden area which is solely used by the Pre-school children. Pre-school children and staff are very fortunate to be able to utilize a range of other rooms and spaces within the school and outside such as the daily mile track and a large sports hall.
The ideal applicant will have an NVQ2 in Childcare or equivalent with a passion for childcare, supporting children and providing exciting opportunities for learning as they prepare for school. Will be able to work closely with colleagues, to provide a safe, welcoming, purposeful, stimulating and encouraging environment both indoors and outdoors.
