Little Common school is a large, happy school situated in the village of Little Common, on the outskirts of Bexhill. We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, dedicated and proactive caretaker to undertake our health and safety checks, complete recording of checks and undertake some minor repairs and decorating.
The ideal candidate will have some previous experience of property maintenance on either a large or small scale, knowledge of health and safety requirements in the workplace and around children, and the vision to continually enhance our environment.
The hours of work are Monday to Friday 1.30pm – 5.30 pm.
All staff will be expected to hold or be willing to obtain Enhanced DBS check or Enhanced check for Regulated Activity with the Disclosure & Barring Services (previously the Criminal Records Bureau).
