We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Breakfast Supervisor to join our Garden Restaurant team on a part-time basis (20 hours per week).
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working mornings, leading a team, and creating memorable guest experiences in a friendly and professional environment.
The Role
As Breakfast Supervisor, you will oversee the daily breakfast service, ensuring our guests receive a warm welcome and outstanding service from start to finish. Working closely with the Food & Beverage management team, you will lead by example, supporting and motivating colleagues whilst maintaining high standards of food presentation, cleanliness, and customer care.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising and supporting the breakfast team during service.
- Ensuring excellent guest satisfaction and service standards.
- Assisting with staff training and team development.
- Managing breakfast setup, service, and closing duties.
- Maintaining cleanliness, food safety, and health & safety standards.
- Handling guest requests and resolving any issues professionally.
- Supporting stock control and daily operational requirements.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous supervisory experience within hospitality, catering, or food & beverage.
- A positive, hands-on approach and a passion for customer service.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage a busy service period.
- A team player who enjoys motivating and supporting others
