People Matter has been awarded funding to help deliver the Connect to Work programme in East Sussex for jobseekers aged 50+ and for carers (of any age).
Our team of dedicated Employment Specialists will provide one-to-one support:
- to identify your strengths, goals and barriers
- to develop an action plan focussed on building your confidence, skills and experience
- to help with creating or updating your CV, interview preparation and exploring work trials
- to help you settle into employment
We will work with local employers to identify suitable vacancies and help you to transition into employment.
