Workshop: Food Hygiene – Food safety in catering Level 2
The course runs from 9am – 4.30pm, but may finish earlier. There will be a brief break for lunch. Please bring your own refreshments. It is a taught course with some video content and chance to do some practice questions. There is a pen and paper test at the end. This is sent off to the accrediting exam body who mark the papers, inform us of the results and send out the certificates. Certificates can take up to six weeks to…
