- Our structured steps process involves spending an average of at least three hours with every jobseeker to understand their skills, attributes and goals – this gives us unique indepth knowledge and insight into each jobseeker’s circumstances and we can match them to your job vacancy
- We can provide you with a shortlist of around five jobseekers who we are confident are equipped with the necessary skills and experience to do the job – this can save you costs of advertising and time reviewing responses, shortlisting and contacting candidates for first interviews
- Our fees are less than the typical finders’ fee (15% of annual salary) payable to a recruitment agency – so you would only need to recruit one of our candidates over twelve months to recover your investment in supporting People Matter
- Working in partnership with People Matter can help to meet your Corporate Social Responsibility agenda
