As Guest Services Manager, you will manage the needs of guests and inform other Team Members of guest needs in order to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

You will work very closely with the Heads of Departments and team members to ensure standards are maintained throughout the hotel operation.

The role is a core element of the duty management team for the hotel, where based at reception you will support guests needs across all departments.

Guest services will manage the first and lasting impressions of our customers and this will be achieved by promoting and maintaining the professional profile of yourself and the hotel team.
