Closing date:  midday 14th March 2022 Salary £20,085 – £21,314.  37 hours per week.

Customer Contact team provides the highest level of customer support for a wide range of council services via, telephone, email, online, social media and face to face.

In the demanding role you will be a team player with good communication skills, personal resilience, and experience of working within a fast -paced customer services environment dealing with complex or sensitive enquiries.

You will be confident in retrieving and interpreting information from computerised databases, dealing with customer enquiries over the telephone, email and face-to-face.

Essential good standard of general education including GCSE at grade C or above (or equivalent) in English and Maths or qualified by strong relevant experience.

Desirable working knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience of working in a Customer Service Environment.
