A day in the life of…
As a Commis Chef in our busy hotel, you will work as part of a kitchen team to prepare and cook a range of dishes to menu specifications. You will assist senior chefs with food preparation and ensure that all food is prepared and served to a high standard of quality and presentation. You will also
What do we need from you?
- Proven experience as a Commis Chef or in a similar role within a hotel or restaurant setting, with a strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques, and a willingness to continually develop culinary skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions from senior chefs.
- A commitment to maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment, including adherence to food safety regulations and proper use of kitchen equipment and cleaning products.
- Good communication skills, willingness to work as part of a team, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
