Must be able to drive.  As a Care and Support Worker you will be expected to provide safe, compassionate and non-discriminatory care and support which is in line with the assessed needs and the wishes of each client and our organisation’s aims and objectives. Most of your time will be spent working alone with clients within their home but will also at times include taking clients to and from activities within the Venton Centre or to appointments and places of interest. You may be the only person our Client will see that day or for a significant period of time, it is therefore paramount that the Care and Support Worker reports any changes in wellbeing or causes for concern to the Registered Homecare Manager or designated person on call.
