Based in Eastbourne town centre we are ideally located for access from the Job Centre, train station and bus services, via Gildredge Road. Our modern offices are on the 2nd and mezzanine floors of 55 South Street, Eastbourne, accessed via a staircase. The main space on the 2nd floor is open plan enabling us to work together to support clients.

We provide information, advice and guidance to jobseekers, whether or not they are currently working.
We believe that every individual has a unique set of talents and abilities that allow them to contribute to the community in which they live and work. Our mission is to help people realise their full potential.
Our experienced and qualified advisers offer a range of free advice and support services to all jobseekers focussed in Eastbourne, Wealden and surrounding areas. Our Working for You Team works with local employers to match skills, experience and attributes of jobseekers with the person specification and job descriptions of vacant posts.
Since the charity was set up, we have helped around 16,000 people with CV writing services, careers advice, job applications, business start up and mock interviews.
